Paint With a Sea Lion
Painting is perfect for sea lion and human enrichment!
During this 30-minute program, you and a California sea lion will create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. You’ll select which colors of non-toxic paints are used, and the marine mammal does the rest. This activity helps provide the sea lion an enriching and stimulating environment. As the sea lion paints, you’ll learn about sea lion enrichment and training along with species biology, the world-class animal care received at Mystic Aquarium, and more. Once the sea lion is finished, the painting is yours to take home!
Important Details
- Maximum capacity is 1 single party of 1-2 participants.
- No flip-flops, open back, open toe, or high-heeled shoes. Sneakers are recommended. Please be advised that feet may get wet.
- Must be at least 6 years of age to participate.
- Children 6 to 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult over the age of 18.
- Seasonal availability.
- Waiver must be completed before participating (a link will be provided in the confirmation email).
