On behalf of our entire staff, thank you for your continued support of and trust in Mystic Aquarium! You’ve always known our mission – to inspire people to care for and protect our ocean planet. During these unprecedented times, we are keenly focused on protecting our community as well.

As we welcome guests back to enjoy our OUTDOOR HABITATS, have made some very important changes to the visitor experience to help ensure the safety of guests, employees, volunteers and, of course, our animals.

The guidelines listed below are TEMPORARY and will be lifted once it is safe to do so in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

TICKETING REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS

For your safety, all Aquarium visits now require a timed ticket that must be reserved online for both members and non-members.

Member tickets are FREE, but you are still required to reserve a timed ticket online. A promo code is required. Members need to bring their membership card, photo ID and timed tickets to enter the Aquarium.

All guests must reserve timed tickets for each person in their party including children 2 and under.

Timed tickets will be sent to your email as a .pdf attachment and can be scanned on your phone.

Our Guest and Member Services team will be operating at a limited capacity to assist with membership and ticketing issues only. Purchasing and/or reserving timed tickets must be done online prior to your visit.

Please note: You must have a ticket when you arrive at the front gate to gain entry to the Aquarium. Guests without a ticket will be denied entry and encouraged to purchase tickets online and return for entry. We also ask that you stay in your vehicle in the Aquarium parking lot until the time period of your reservation begins. Guests will not be granted access outside of their time slot.

Guests who typically receive admission through the SNAP EBT and Feinstein Junior Scholars programs must also reserve tickets. Click on the embedded link above for reservation instructions.

Admission is contingent upon adherence to the safety precautions listed here, i.e. facial covering and mandatory temperature screening. Mystic Aquarium reserves the right to deny access to any non-compliant guest.
