Information for currently enrolled families

Class topics and dates for the upcoming spring are listed below.

Aquarium admission is not required for a student to attend class, but as in previous years, tickets or a membership are required for anyone visiting the aquarium before or after class. Non-members will pay regular admission rates; all tickets must be purchased online in advance.

Class Dates

March 18th – Arctic v. Antarctic 
April 15th – Sea Turtles 
May 20th – Plankton 
June 10th* – Coastal Field Program*

Class Times

Grades K to 3 (Ages 5-8):     AM session** 9:00-10:00
                                              PM session 12:30-1:30

Grades 4 to 6 (Ages 9-11):   AM session 10:30-11:30
                                              PM session 2:00-3:00

Grades 7 to 9 (Ages 12-14): 1:00-2:30

Pick up & Drop off: All programs occur in the Milne Center for Ocean Conservation, with pick up and drop off occurring at the front door of the Milne Center, **EXCEPT for the AM K-3 session drop off. Please drop those students off at the doorway to the left of the Milne Center main entrance. If you arrive after the posted start time, please ring the doorbell to the left of the main entrance and a staff member will come downstairs as quickly as possible to admit your student. 

*Please note, the June 10^th class will be held at Bluff Point State Park, Groton, CT, and class times are: 

Grades K to 3 (Ages 5-8):          9:00-10:30 

Grades 4 to 6 (Ages 9-11):        11:00-12:30 

Grades 7-9  (Ages 12-14):         10:00 am-12 pm 

Classes cannot be sold separately.
