How do I apply my admission tickets toward a year long membership at Mystic Aquarium?

To apply your admission tickets, stop by the Membership Booth during Aquarium hours, or call the Membership Office at 860.572.5955 x233 within 30 days of your visit. Please have your admission tickets or online order number handy.

How much of what I paid can be applied?

The general admission portion of the tickets can be applied for those who will be covered under the membership. Only one ticket, per person can be applied. See full list of restrictions below.

Tickets can only be applied at the time of purchase towards a new or lapsed membership. Only one ticket can be applied per person. Tickets can only be applied for those covered by the membership. Tickets purchased for someone not covered on the membership may not be applied. Only the general admission and 4-D Theater portion of Value tickets may be applied. Combination tickets and tickets purchased at other locations will not be applied for the full amount or may not be valid to apply toward a membership. Proof of purchase required. Store, cafe, program purchases may not be applied toward membership.
