Pfizer’s Autism Research Unit Sponsors Private Night at Mystic Aquarium
for Families Affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders

Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration, in conjunction with Pfizer’s Autism Research Unit, are hosting an interactive evening for individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorders on October 6th 2010, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event will provide a special opportunity to enjoy the aquarium exhibits and shows in a safe and accepting atmosphere, understanding to the needs of those on the spectrum.

The aquarium will be closed to the general public that evening; the main indoor exhibit floor will be open to families for self-guided exploration, including a touch tank experience. Special sessions will include a performance by the California sea lions and beluga whale training demonstrations.

Light snacks will be available, admission is free, please pre-register.
