Leap into action and attend our free, family-friendly amphibian monitoring training! Through the use of interactive activities, families will learn to identify local amphibians by both sight and sound.  You will even have the chance to test your new skills in the field. This session of the Amphibian Monitoring Project is full, please check back for additional dates.

This event will have a special guest, our friend and amphibian ambassador, Kermit the Frog! Celebrate the onset of spring and take advantage of Daylight Savings Time to “Spring Forward” for amphibians. Kermit traveled to space and back for Walt Disney Corporation on the United States Space Shuttle Endeavor on March 11, 2008, highlighting the incredible journeys and great lengths amphibians must take to ensure the survival of their species. We invite you to take the opportunity to engage in amphibian conservation efforts.
