You are invited to join the leadership gift society of Sea Research Foundation - the Kelvin Smith Ocean Society. Friends who choose to join the Ocean Society take a unique interest in the work of Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration. Ocean Society members help ensure our commitment to our mission: to inspire people to care for and protect our ocean planet through education, research and exploration.
Members of the Kelvin Smith Ocean Society support the important work our research scientists do to increase our knowledge of animal care in aquariums and in the wild, and play a critical role in helping our animal rescue efforts. They are kept informed of the many aspects of our role in the global aquarium community, including our education and research programs. Their involvement also supports the work of the Institute for Exploration, our Immersion Learning and education programs – from Traveling Teachers to telepresence, touching thousands of young lives every year. Ocean Society BenefitsIn appreciation of their generous support, Ocean Society members take part in exclusive programs and activities designed to bring them closer to the heart of Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration, our collections, programs, and staff.
