Mystic Aquarium

Invite Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration to help you celebrate your child's birthday right in the comfort of your home or party location!

This unique experience includes:

• A one hour private learning experience with an Aquarium educator. (A variety of program topics are available to excite and educate your group)

• A touch and learn session with live sea creatures or a live reptile based on the chosen program topic.

Reservation information

• Maximum number of children - 30

• Cost- $230 for Aquarium members; $240 for Non-members

• Location- your home or selected party location within a 75 mile radius of Mystic, CT

• Two weeks advance notice and payment in full is required at time of reservation

Possible Party Topics Include:

• Suitcase of Surprises - Ages 4-6

  Children will discover the unique ways that fish hide and protect themselves in the ocean as they particpate in a great ocean survival game.

• Explore the Shore - Ages 7-9

  Have a day at the beach without leaving your home.  Party go-ers will discover the amazing ways coastal animals survive in their environment through the use of colorful pictures and entertaining costumes.

• Amazing Sharks - Ages 10-13

  Why does a shark feel like it's covered in sand paper?  How many teeth does a shark really have?  Through an interactive trivia game, children will be jumping out of their seats to answer these questions and more to become the ultimate shark expert.
