Please note that this event is completely booked and is not accepting any additional registrations. By clicking the registration link, you will have the opportunity to sign up for the waitlist. There is no reason to contact the Aquarium directly as all admissions will be managed through this waitlist and there is no additional information available. Once you are added to the waitlist there is no additional action required on your part. We will get back in touch with you directly if space opens up and there is room for your family.

Join us for an evening event for families with children on the autism spectrum or with sensory processing challenges.
This evening event is completely free for families or groups with children on the autism spectrum or with sensory processing challenges. The event will feature a quiet area, outdoor “free play” zone, supportive staff, and access to select aquarium exhibits. The outdoor aquarium exhibits- beluga whales, seals and sea lions, penguins and the outdoor free play zone will be open from 5:30pm-7:45pm. The indoor exhibits including the main exhibit gallery and the Exploration: Wild exhibit will be open from 5:30pm-8:00pm.
The following exhibits will not be open: Sting Ray Touch, Foxwoods Marine Theater, Birds of the Outback, 4-D Theater, National Geographic Theater.
This free event is only for this 5:30pm-8:00pm time period on August 10, 2017. If you are interested in visiting Mystic Aquarium before 5:30pm regular aquarium admission rates will apply.
Documentation of diagnosis is not required.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for each member of the party, ages 2 and above. You must present the confirmation of your registration by printed tickets, or on your phone, at the check-in table in order to enter the event. Click Here to Register.
