Advance registration is required for all programs. To inquire about one of our programs, please complete our online Program Registration Form. After you complete the form, a staff member will contact you to obtain payment and finalize your reservation.

Spring Programs
Do You Want To Be A Marine Biologist
Ages 11 to 13
Interested in one day becoming a marine biologist or working at an aquarium with animals such as seals, beluga whales, or penguins? Taking part in one of these fun-filled workshops will give you an idea of the many different career options related to marine biology that are essential to running an aquarium like ours. These exciting programs even offer a peek behind the scenes to see the facility in action.
Schedule: Saturday, March 28, 9:30am-11:30am or Saturday, May 9, 10:00am-12:00pm

GIRLS WHIRL
Ages 9 to 12
Girls just want to have fun! Campers will encounter and learn about a wide variety of marine animals through exploration and hands on activities. There will be field trips to the beach, scientists to meet, exhibits to explore and experiments to perform. It’s all about the girls having adventures and learning science along the way.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
June 29 - July 3, July 13 - 17 or August 3 - 7

EXPLORER’S CAMP
Ages 9 to 12
Let us help your child explore the ever changing world around them. Special emphasis will be on ocean exploration, local habitats and the unique animals which inhabit them. This fun week will be packed with hands on activities and experiments and will include time exploring the Aquarium as well as off site field trips.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
June 22-26, July 20-24 or August 17-21

SOCCER CAMP
Ages 9 to 12
Soccer season is almost here! Come spend the morning honing your soccer skills with instructors from Major League Soccer. For the rest of the day, we have a fun filled marine adventure planned for you. This camp offers hands on experience with soccer and learning about our local habitats and their inhabitants. Grab your shin guards and your water shoes and let’s get going. The soccer portion will be held at Pine Point School in Stonington, CT.

A Walk on the Creative Side
Ages 11 to 13
This week long camp is for the camper who likes to visit exciting environments and create unique art based on what they have experienced. We will hike in the woods, search for animals on the coastline, investigate a museum, and explore the undersea aquarium world. We will be exercising our artistic side, along with using our intellect, to capture each distinctive experience.
Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
July 8-10 or July 29-31

MARINE MADNESS
Ages 11 to 13
In Marine Madness you’ll get to look beneath the surface and explore the undersea world. Help collect water samples and live specimens aboard Project Oceanology’s research vessel, Envirolab. Visit a variety of marine coastal environments and sleep overnight in the undersea world of Mystic Aquarium, co-sponsor of this camp. This is a week long overnight camp held at the University of Rhode Island’s Environmental Education Center. Fee includes all meals, accommodations and research equipment. Extended Day Program
Need help with hectic schedules? Extended day activities including crafts, games, and snacks are offered from 4:00pm-5:00pm.
Schedule: Monday – Friday for campers ages 6-13.
