REHABBED GRAY SEAL RELEASED BY MYSTIC AQUARIUM’S ANIMAL RESCUE PROGRAM

Mystic, Conn. (June 27, 2017) –After nearly four months of rehabilitation in Mystic Aquarium’s Animal Rescue Clinic, Clover, a female Gray seal, was released at Blue Shutters Beach in Charlestown, RI this morning. Found stranded at Overlook Beach in Babylon, NY, Clover arrived at Mystic Aquarium on March 3. Believed to be 1-2 months old at the time of rescue, she weighed in at just under 40lbs.
